This 1-day Awareness workshop introduces civic leaders, public sector professionals, and changemakers to Human-Centered Design Thinking (HCDT)—reimagined for the Age of AI.

Participants will explore how to uphold human values like empathy, critical thinking, and inclusion while learning to work alongside AI as a creative and analytical partner. Through hands-on activities and real-world examples, attendees will gain tools to frame civic challenges, engage diverse stakeholders, and begin prototyping solutions—faster, smarter, and more equitably. Each participant will earn an Awareness credential badge.
